The TOTAL Reboot: a 60-minute consultation is an excellent option for individuals who wish to begin anew. It comprises a comprehensive evaluation of your health and lifestyle history, an in-office blood test with analysis, an InBody assessment, treatment plan, medication and or supplement recommendations and a 3-month follow-up. $549 The BASIC Reboot: a 30-minute consultation is a great choice if you need a second opinion or guidance on your next steps. During the visit, we will review any lab work, tests, and treatment plans from your previous provider. Please make sure to obtain your own medical records and/or lab and test results. $259

Cancellation Policy

Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy: At Beyond Well, we strive to provide exceptional care and attention to all our clients. In order to maintain the highest standard of service and ensure that all our patients receive timely care, we have implemented the following missed appointment and cancellation policy: Appointment Confirmation: Upon scheduling an appointment, you will receive a confirmation message via email or text. Please ensure that your contact information is up-to-date to receive these notifications. Appointment Reminders: We will send you a reminder message 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to help you remember your upcoming visit. Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in need of our services. If you fail to provide proper notice you will be charged 30% of your total booking fee. Fees for No Call, No Show: A fee of $250 will be charged to your account. We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances that prevent you from giving us proper notice. In such cases, please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss your situation. By scheduling an appointment with Beyond Well, you agree to adhere to the terms of this missed appointment and cancellation policy.
