A 15 minute appointment with telehealth follow up to discuss results. Read the panel descriptions below to see which one best fits your needs. If you do not see what you need or if you have questions, please call before scheduling. Panel Descriptions -Female Hormone Complete: measures 15 key blood components including hormones and antibodies. -Fatigue Panel: includes total testosterone, estradiol, thyroid panel and iron levels -Functional Med Panel: the most comprehensive panel offered. From hormones to thyroid to inflammation markers. -Thyroid Complete: includes a thyroid panel plus 4 related antibodies and 9 other components -Thyroid Basic: thyroid panel plus vitamin D and ferritin. -Insulin Resistance Panel: determines your insulin levels plus your average post meal blood glucose -Food Sensitivity Panel: IgG food sensitivity panel checks for 286 food related antigens. Environmental allergy testing also available for the same price.

Cancellation Policy

Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy: At Beyond Well, we strive to provide exceptional care and attention to all our clients. In order to maintain the highest standard of service and ensure that all our patients receive timely care, we have implemented the following missed appointment and cancellation policy: Appointment Confirmation: Upon scheduling an appointment, you will receive a confirmation message via email or text. Please ensure that your contact information is up-to-date to receive these notifications. Appointment Reminders: We will send you a reminder message 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to help you remember your upcoming visit. Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in need of our services. If you fail to provide proper notice you will be charged 30% of your total booking fee. Fees for No Call, No Show: A fee of $250 will be charged to your account. We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances that prevent you from giving us proper notice. In such cases, please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss your situation. By scheduling an appointment with Beyond Well, you agree to adhere to the terms of this missed appointment and cancellation policy.
