Understanding Your Care: Good Faith Estimates & Out-of-Network Providers

At Beyond Well, we believe in transparency and empowering you with the information you need to make confident decisions about your care. Our providers are Out-of-Network and will provide Good Faith Estimates to avoid any financial surprises.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

A Good Faith Estimate is a written notice that outlines the expected costs of your healthcare services before you receive them. This estimate is provided in accordance with the No Surprises Act. Our goal is to help you feel informed and supported, with no unexpected bills or confusion.

What is an Out-of-Network Provider?

An Out-of-Network Provider is a healthcare professional or facility that does not have a contract with your health insurance plan. This doesn’t mean you can’t receive care—many patients choose out-of-network providers for a variety of reasons, such as specialized services, personal referrals, or continuity of care.

However, it’s important to know that:

  • Insurance reimbursement may be limited or unavailable for out-of-network services

  • You may be responsible for a greater portion—or all—of the costs

  • We can provide a superbill, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement
